Because of Nunavut’s unique context, some roles are based in Iqaluit, while others may draw on specialized expertise that can be contributed from outside the territory.

Volunteer Your Leadership

Uquutaq Society’s Board of Directors is comprised entirely of volunteers who bring their time, expertise, and care to the organization’s governance and strategic direction.
In addition to the Board, volunteers may serve on committees — such as fundraising or governance — where professional skills and lived experience can make a meaningful contribution.
Board and committee volunteers help ensure that Uquutaq:
